Policies & Additional Charges
- Gratuity: A 20% gratuity will be added to all fares and paid directly to the driver.
- Fuel Charge: A 10% fuel surcharge is applied to all trips.
- Cancellations: Full fare will be charged for cancellations unless rescheduled for a later time.
- Wait Time: Transfer vehicles will remain on standby for 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup. After 30 minutes, fees convert to an hourly rate with a 2-hour minimum.
